The service

Velar is an AI-training platform: level test, personal path, curated lessons and resources, an AI-assisted tutor and verifiable credentials.

Your account

Sign-up requires approval. You agree to provide accurate data, safeguard your credentials and not share the account. You may leave at any time; data deletion is governed by the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You may not compromise the service's security, extract content massively or automatically, or use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

About AI and assessments

The tutor is an AI-based assistant: it cites its sources and declares its limits, but it can make mistakes — double-check what matters. Grades and progress are always determined by the platform's assessment system, never directly by a language model.

Velar's training does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial or otherwise).

Content and intellectual property

Curated external resources belong to their authors and are linked or used according to their licences. Velar's own material (lessons, paths, assessments) may not be redistributed without permission. Issued credentials follow the open Open Badges 3.0 standard and are yours.

Availability and changes

The service evolves continuously and may change or be temporarily interrupted without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to announce relevant changes to these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer rights you hold in your EU country of residence.
